7/13/25 5:30 62f (16.6c) 94f (34.4c) predicted this afternoon. Pale blue sky, and no wind. Morning birds chirp a melody over the muted whine of a distant sprayer harmonizing with the hum of the hot tub.
The red currant is fruiting, cherries are probably almost finished. The neighbor isn’t advertising, but his u-pick blueberries are ready. The Oregon grape has ripe berries now and the elderberry is setting fruit but not ripe yet. The blackberries still have some flowers but there are lots of green berries and a few turning red. Amy is dehydrating a flat of apricots.
