The world fills him with wonder. When he looks at the sky he is lifted into flights of fancy, when he stares at the earth he is drawn beneath its surface. He is delighted to find the macrocosm and the microcosm equally mesmerizing.

By 6:00 the rain had stopped and fog was creeping in around rhe edges of the canyon.
I put Walter back in the house. He’s eating breakfast and now everything out here is silent.
If it weren’t for the glare of the neighbor’s paranoid light through a gap in the trees, it would be perfect.
