The world fills him with wonder. When he looks at the sky he is lifted into flights of fancy, when he stares at the earth he is drawn beneath its surface. He is delighted to find the macrocosm and the microcosm equally mesmerizing.
2/25/26 5:45 33F (0.5C) Dark, clear and frosty. The the sky and the ground are all a twinkle.
I saw a falling star from my bed so I got up to keep it company.
Now the dark has gone out of the sky, taking the stars with it.
It is replaced by a dim blue glow, growing in intensity and accompanied by singing birds as dawn rises to consciousness.
