The world fills him with wonder. When he looks at the sky he is lifted into flights of fancy, when he stares at the earth he is drawn beneath its surface. He is delighted to find the macrocosm and the microcosm equally mesmerizing.

The rooster is crowing, a familiar sound, but a sharp contrast to the peacocks distant screech while camping above Scott’s house the past 5 mornings.
Rob and I got to my house about 4:30 yesterday afternoon.
He still had a couple hours more driving to get home.
I cleaned out the ice chest, put my guns away, had a hot shower and fell asleep.
Now here I am. It is a brand new day.
